By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Users must not:

attempt to disrupt system security
exploit vulnerabilities in the service
2. AI Platform Integrations
Innovist services may be accessible through AI platforms such as ChatGPT.
By using our services through these platforms:
You agree that your requests may be processed by AI systems.
Certain interaction data may be transmitted to operate the service.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
submit harmful or illegal content
attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
interfere with system operation
Accounts may be suspended for violations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by Innovist are owned by Innovist or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.
5. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party providers including:
payment processors
hosting services
AI platform providers
We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Innovist is not liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of data or profits
interruptions in service availability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
these terms are violated
the service is misused
required by law
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Innovist operates.

- Personal use only. Sale offers are for personal, non-commercial use by end consumers. Products bought under these offers are not for resale.
- Offer limit. Each offer can be used for a maximum of 2 orders per customer during the sale period. A "customer" means an individual or household. We will treat orders as placed by the same customer if they share one or more identifiers, such as delivery address, mobile number, email, payment instrument (UPI ID, card or bank account), device identifier, or network/IP information, along with ordering patterns consistent with a single buyer. This applies regardless of the account from which the orders are placed.
- Multiple accounts. Using multiple accounts, mobile numbers, email addresses, or variations of the same address to get around the limit is a breach of these terms.
- Cancellation of excess orders. If we reasonably determine that orders exceed the limit or are intended for resale, we may cancel all the orders at any time before delivery.
- Delivered orders. If an order exceeding the limit is delivered before we identify it, the other linked orders do not become eligible, and we may still cancel any that are undelivered. We may also decline sale offers on future orders from linked accounts.
- Refunds. For cancelled prepaid orders, we refund the full amount, including any shipping or COD charges, to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. There is no cancellation fee. For cancelled COD orders, no payment is collected.
- Notification. We will notify you by SMS, email or WhatsApp that your order(s) was cancelled.
- Review. If you believe your order was cancelled in error, email us on chat@innovist.com within 7 days with your order ID, and we will review it.
- Use of information. To detect misuse of offers, we process order, delivery, device, network and payment information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes. We may change or withdraw an offer for future orders. Changes will not apply to orders already placed in compliance with these terms.
